Round 6

Flying Arrow vs. R5Don4
Arrow wins. 82 to 66
We agreed to play with one hour time limit but we went a bit over. These days I've got to get my games in whenever I can. I was at a bit of a disadvantage because I haven't been able to get together with Bill for my round 5 game, but I figured what the hay. It started out hot for me with my Talz Cheiftan boosted Echani cutting down Arrow's ESA from across the board with help of Visas Maar's Force Sense. With only one real round of combat, I got myself into a point deficit I couldn't recover from within the time limit. GG.

I'm on right now Don. Tried to PM you once your game was done, but I think you left just before.

Confirmed. My ESA stole a force from Luke Legacy in the first round but that proved to be pointless as he was gunned down at by 4 straight hits from the Echani at the start of round 2. The Echani later took out my Mando Scout that I had left without cover. Luke Legacy did most of the damage for me - putting 40 on Visas Maar (she took the damage for Kyp via Bodyguard) and 80 on K'Khruk before melee got there to finish them off. Those were the major kills in the game.

Round 6

Obikenobi vs Celestial Warrior

TCW wins 202-74

Opposing override made for a slooow game. After he got locked down on the first round and couldnt tow MAce to base my Flobi and Luke RC he moved carefully, but Mace just got brutalized on saves. A misplaced ewok healer allowed me to Force Lighting him, finishing off Mace with an emplaced Palps, after that it became a matter of killing his R2 and sitting out the rest of the game with GMA doubles from my Twin TBSV's. I cheesed the ending, reconning initiative and using Palps FP to SM Flobi off of a full health wedge to double an OR Guard....

Good game, even though it was brutal for my squad. I got vassaled big time! I couldn't hit anything with Mace and could make any saves even with fprr's for evade. Block only worked once! I only won probably 2 inits the whole entire game. I made a big mistake in the beginning by waiting to long for Doombot to tow Mace, and as a result his R2 overided the door, causeing me to waste a perfect set up for Mace. It was a hard game to watch, as my squad got systematically slaughtered by his Genoharadan and 2 TBSV's and Flobi, and my attacks that did manage to hit, were shrugged of by SSM or Evade's with fprr's to back them up. He evaded a TON of damage in this game. Thats what happens when there is a force battery i guess.

Mace was my only hope in this game and he landed right on his face in disgrace. Hopefully next time he will do better. Hope the rest of he league goes well for you!

RD 6 game Boba52 vs EmpireJeff. Boba wins 220-175 in a squeaker.

The game came down to 80HP vader and a 10HP Hondo. I was able to finally win the last init and catch Hondo to finish him off. Jeff played great. Hondo was HORRIBLE. He had 2 rounds of winning init so Hondo went first with his kill shot on Kyp at 50HP and rolled 1s both rounds. Then I was able to Essence Kyp back from the dead 3 times, so Kyp had 5 extra lives to reek havoc. It was crazy.

Round 7

R5Don4 vs Celestial Warrior

TCW wins 217-63

Well as Don put it, he got "a$$ raped". We played on Rancor pit so I set my Palps on Throne in protected gambit and spun him first nearly every round to gain FP's, which I used to successfully roll away Energy Shields for my TBSV's putting 60 damage on a bodyguarded Visas. In Turn 2 I levitated my Genohardan(21pts) and then moved adjacent to his Gungan Shieldbearer (18pts) for a loner cunning posion blade. He took the bodyguard again and saced Visas (29 points). Since we both had gambit 1st round that gave me an 8 point lead and after that I just sat back and picked off his guys one by one...once R2 got recon it just got worse.

Round 7

Boris vs Ruhk

Boris wins it!
A very nice Unleash the Force killed 4 of my pieces and did full 60 to two others, even with the fprr! Durge gave it his all, but couldn't do it with just Crix.
Good Game.

Ruhk vs. Boris, I won.

Anakin Unleashed the bomb, sadly Ruhk failed every save. It took out all but two or three of his guys. There was no coming back from that. Ruhk was a great sport the entire game!!
