This was a change of my 150 point version, The idea was to put into play some vong who could stand in Gambit and actually live, with double evade and double crab armor and make them very difficult against Jedi.

Luke FS on Zuckuss, to increase his ability for rerolling init, or sense for those pesky stealth squads, this does limit his movement because he wont be able to use anticipation.

Talz chief to boost Zuckuss attack to +4

I was going to leave out the chief in favor of Lobot for reinforcements, decide better to raise my primary shooters ability to hit something

--VongEase--
35 Zuckuss, Bounty Hunter
78 Yuuzhan Vong Ossus Guardian x3
25 Leia Skywalker, Jedi Knight
23 General Wedge Antilles
16 Talz Chieftain
10 Luke Skywalker, Force Spirit
6 Mouse Droid x2
6 Ugnaught Demolitionist x2

Activations: 12
Total HP: 590
Avg. Defense: 15.9
Avg. Attack: 5.8

(199pts. 12 activations)

Isn't the Talz Chieftain just for non-unique Fringe?

Yes it is.

16 points better spent elsewhere

Talz chieftan only works for non-uniques and only has the increase in attack and damage against non-uniques. Zuckuss should be fine with force renewal and mettle however. Just use force points to reroll missed attacks and get the +4 to your attack that way. Nice squad though! I really like the idea of the Ossus Guradians having two chances for evade and VCA 6. General Wedge should also be hard to kill with two chances to save for Avoid Defeat, giving him hopefully 4 chances total to stay alive.

But for that 16 points you get 60 HP, 17 def, +9 attack, double attack, and Advantageous attack. He's a decent peice just by himself and a good option for doing some damage if you win initiative. +9 attack should be able to beat scrubs well enough. I'd keep him to help the Vong hit other scrubs. Heck, even the uggie demo's have a shot at killing some scrubs.

The Talz cheiftain is a great piece no doubt, but not for boosting Zuckuss or the YVOG.

Garm can be used to bring in an Ithorian Commander (epic boost for the OGs). Not sold on Leia needed around, she's great for sure, but I might consider Jareal in her place (if bringing in the Ithor).

Zuckuss will appreciate the +4 from mettle though.

thank you for the feedback, squad building is still sort of a new thing for me, and totally missed the Talz non-unique. He would help the uggies and as pointed out is a decent piece. (though I don't believe that he would help vong cause there not fringe)

My problem is with these 17 points not sure where I would spend it at, at first I had Lobot there which left me 5 points and could not see a good way to spend them.

Leia is here to reroll all the saves, I seen this as a defensive team, not the highest damage out put but very difficult to hit when you get to keep rolling saves over and over again. the vong roll twice for save and than twice for reduction in damage could keep them around while they can hold down gambit.

Oh man, I totally forgot that the CE was specific to fringe.

Yeah....so you probably should just drop him and Leia and the two Mice and put in Garm Bel Iblis and bring in a Ithorian Commander to help the Vong out and the uggies. The remaining 19 points for reinforcements can bring in a Antarian Ranger and a Twi'lek Scout (twi'lek scout mostly to help the Antarian Ranger and Zuckuss possibly to hit).
