I love my boba fett merc. he is awesome attacks at +18 most of the time. He is very fast and hits hard with accurite/Cunning. Is there really any reason to put him with gowk. I mean it looks really good on paper boba will have a 23 base d and a 14 base attack but that is 58+55=113 points just for two pieces.

I mean ya they are awesome and gowk will keep shots from going at boba all game but is it really worth it to put them in the same squad?

You can get dash + rex in a squad with gowk for almost the same price. 33+28=61 vs boba's 58.

Is accurite and 60 damage vs an evade heavy meta even worth it when compared to 160 damage from rex/dash without it or am i missing some key thing about boba/gowk?

For that matter 2nd question gowk provides the best boosting ce in the game for living characters is there any reason to not run a bunch of low cost stuff with him so you get more shot/swings per round compared to boosting already good higher costing attackers?

I think the main issue is that Boba doesn't make up for GOWK's main weakness, which is melee. Also if you end up facing another GWOK.. you're going to have issues with boba's attacks making it through.
Dash is one of the best shooters to run with GWOK, as he really benefits from the boosts.

Having a lot of attacks is great.. but if they still aren't going to hit.. better off to have one good attacker.

Could think about Youngling swarms with GWOK.. can be fun. maybe in 200, GWOK, Gen Skywalker and Amidala.. + tons of younglings.

Boba can work with Gowk but justifying the points are a struggle, as is the reason. Boba hardly neededs helps hitting whoever he wants to hit. And in a 200 point game it might work fine, it is not hard to find a way. But to utizlize Bobas double attack you don't want to rely on just evade, but a boost to defense might help and anything from a camassi noble ot a youngling is all you need to solve that. So here is where I can see it beign justified. However that is a slim reason.

I see better uses of Boba Merc. For example, Whorm :)

Whorm is something ive not tried yet, but he does make boba merc into an incredible cannon with 4 +18 shots or just two and movement. Great idea thanks.
