If an Override piece moves adjacent to another piece that is holding a door open (not blasted open or otherwise involving any door effects), thus allowing the Override piece to use the Special Ability on another door it can see, what happens if the piece holding the open door, which originally permitted Override on a different door, is killed? Does Override remain in place on the farther door, or is that Override lost, as it is no longer a door that can be seen since LOS, technically, is lost?

It remains in effect as long as the condition of the ability is satisfied, meaning until the end of the character with Override's next turn, or until it is defeated.

In fact, there is an old well-known trick with Leia, Senator from RS and Lobot. Lobot can be moved adjacent to a door, then at end of turn the door he is adjacent to is opened, another door he can see is Overridden open or closed, and then Lobot moves 2 squares with Leia's CE.

That is what I expected: conditional to the Special Ability and wording. But it was worth a post, as it isn't dealt with strictly in the FAQs.

Leia from Rebel Storm does harken back. I can't recall seeing that piece played in years. A simpler game then.

Thanks for the quick response.
