There will be a Vassal DCI Tournament On Nov 21st 200 pt

Rounds will be 75 mins(5 mins for setup and 10 more for vassal slowness)

Time: 7 PM Central ( if anyone has a problem with the time tell me)
Skype is recommended but not needed to play.

well if we start at 8 i can get you in for the last 2 rounds(might be too much for Matt if Dean and I are busy)

Doh! Everyone prefers to watch cartoons on saturday morning rather than get on VASSAL, eh? Alas, I miss out again. I'd need to be done by 5 pacific rather than start then. Maybe next time!

would you guys want it in the early afternoon or night? We have done all of the other ones at night. If we do it in the early afternoon I can run it.

Night is best. Actuall the time you have is perfect. if you did it earrlier I would play as many rounds as i could but i would not be able to play all of the rounds.

I think what we'll find is that there will inevitably be some people who cannot make it, no matter what time you choose. Personally, I'd love to see Nickname and a few of the others get in, because I haven't played vs them in these Vassal tourneys very often (if at all) before. If it's 7pm CST I'm happy, and 10 am CST is fine too. I'd say keep the options open and pick a time that allows as many people to be able to play...it's still likely the 7pm start time, but it's worth considering just in case.

7 pm central/8 eastern is fine but I can play/do a later start if you want. actually later the better.

I'd have to throw in my lot with Bill and Jason here. With an 8 hour time difference, if it were earlier as per Jason's request or later as per Bill's I would definately be able to do it. Although earlier would work better.

In January, once I return to the land of Central Time, I will be able to participate more.

I am going to keep the time 7 pm this week. There will not be a Tournament next weekend because of the Holidays. I am goigng to try and run the events every other week anyway.

@Don Most of the time people just show up and dont even sign up its annoying but thats how things have happened in the past. So I wouldnt worry too much about the numbers till we start on Saturday.
