Boba52 defeats EmpireJeff in a game that came down to the very last roll.

--EmpireJeff--
Average: 11.72
Total: 39
Number >= 11: 22 (56%)
Number < 11: 17 (43%)
1s: 0
20s: 5

--Boba52--
Average: 11.35
Total: 54
Number >= 11: 31 (57%)
Number < 11: 23 (42%)
1s: 3
20s: 1

This actually tells quite alot. My 20 came on the first init roll. My 3 1's came on attacks. Jeff's 5 crits came on attacks and 4 of them were from K'Kruhk! :o Lucky for me only 1 came when my Exile was down to 60 and the rest were on people that were dead anyway. The big change came when Jeff attacked his Ossus on my Exile needing 6's and rolled a 5 and a 4. This allowed me to live a little longer and the game came down to my EJA and PVC vs Jeff's K'Kruhk with 30 hp left. Jeff had just killed the exile to give him the points lead, but that gave my EJA jedi Hunter and I hit K'Kruhk, so if he makes Avoid Defeat I lose. First roll a 4. Fprr 17. 2nd roll...4. Wow what a crazy close game. Would have been more fun for me, but my internet connection was horrible. :(

Chabelo Jedi Hunter wins 220-90 vs Obikenobi1 in a real Crazy Cool Fun Game¡¡¡

Was a really tough fun match cause his guys really had great defenses, but auto dmg helped me a lot here (Force Push was the best weapon i had i think) and lady luck on my side, I only won one init and Obi all, 3 or 2 of em with 20s, but my 20s came in attacks, I rolled like 9 crits so Obi was Vassaled lol

Was a really great game bro, hope to play ya again soon :D

Cya on tables¡¡¡

could not have been as much fun as our match. As our match came down to the very last roll.

I missed my second avoid defeat save, had i made it, i would have won right their and then.

Confirmed. Good match! Unfortunately since auto damage doesn't care about defense and with Kol pushing my humungous sentinal around, and basing him with other minis and following it up with lightning, it was the perfect combo for Chab's. His massive amount of shooters also was troublesome. In my two packs, i only got 2 shooters total, and only one was good (PBT's just don't cut it). The Jedi Battlemasters were almost single handedly taken out by Maul, with him rolling the crits like crazy. He needed 15's to damage the JBM's if that tells you anything about his attack rolls. :)

Sorry for the delay... Kast Iron and I are finishing up our game this Sunday. He is GMT and I am PST (8 hours difference) so you can imagine that scheduling a playtime has been a challenge. We'll post results right after we finish so that pairings can continue.

Yes, yes I can imagine the scheduling difficulties... :)

Kast Iron vs Hye Jedi on Mos Eisley Alleys

Kast wins 202 to 184

A very close, very enjoyable game! We both had quite synergistic teams, and it soon became a big melee in the centre of the board. Hye's scarified Praetorite Vong caused mayhem, winning quite a lot of initiatives and allowing maximum carnage, while my unlikely combination of Sidious, Leia, an Ossus Vong and a Disciple of Ragnos sat in a group in gambit, fending off all-comers and taking down Yoda (while getting annoyingly sniped at by Hye's Death Watch Mandalorian for the whole game).

Both of our squads' Vong seemed to have some sort of species-wide breakdown halfway through the game, allowing our Jedi to gain a foothold; eventually after much carnage it was down to Leia and a 20hp Ossus Vong against Hye's Vong Priest, two Rocket Battle Droids and the Deathwatch Mandalorian, who was still sniping some distance away. The scores however were extremely close to 200pts thanks to the fight taking place in gambit, and I managed to kill the priest and just put myself over 200pts, with the only way for Hye to win being to kill the 20hp Ossus Vong (with Leia's CE save rerolls...) in one turn with his two Rocket Battle Droids (and depressingly, the first droid did actually manage to hit and do 10dmg after two failed crab armour saves; thankfully the other missed, but it didn't do anything for my blood pressure! :) )

Hye was a great opponent to play against, and I was glad that we managed to finish our game, it was brilliant fun! Thanks for the great game Hye, we will definitely have to play again sometime!

Next up, Yodarulz vs Kast - again we're a 7 hour timezone difference, so if things go as they normally do, our epic confrontation will be coming soon to a Vassal room near you in 2010! :lol: :lol:

Confirmed... great game Kast Iron. I was a little rusty and Kast was very patient with me (keeping me honest) all the way through. Probably need to bring out the cards next time instead of swapping windows with MiniManager up. We'll have to see. I managed to get initiative most every round until the very end which helped as I had Cunning Attack throughout my squad.
