Read them all, bit of a Dune junkie :) 4th book is pretty good, the 5th and 6th are pretty strange. Then KJA got his hands on things and completely changed the Dune universe...

I've read Dune, Dune Messiah and Children of Dune. Dune was by far my favorite of them all. The latest movie they made for Dune was a pretty good rendition of the book. And no not the 80's movie, but the more recent one made in the 90's I think.
