I know that certain bonuses don't effect every attack past the first while some bonuses do. So my question is which bonuses are always up and which bonuses happen on the first attack and then go away on the next.

Cunning/Opportunist/Jedi Hunter/ETC. - I am 99.99% sure that these bonuses stay on for Twin/Double/ETC. and Immediate attacks/turns.

CE Bonuses - Princess Leia from A&E gives +4/+10 to a figure that has Twin attack, does the bonus stay on for the second attack? I am assuming not since it says 1 immediate attack. Republic Commando Training Sergeant says that whenever an ally with Order 66 combines fire with another ally with Order 66 the attacker gets +10 DMG. If Captain Rex attacks do I get the combine fire bonus and the +10 for my first attack only? Do I get combine fire bonus and +10 bonus for my first attack and then no bonus for my other 3? Or is somewhere inbetween?

These are added during an attack anytime the conditions are satisfied. Twin Attack is just making an additional attack, so no different than the first.

You get it on EACH attack in which the conditions are satisfied. So, first attack first Twin combined fire you get the bonus. First attack second Twin then if you combine fire again with another person with Order 66 then apply the bonus. Continue throughout each attack.

So say a figure with Twin Attack, Jolt, and Opportunist attacks a figure who has not activated. Would it go:
-Attack Roll
-If it hits save for Jolt
-Jolt Save Fails, the second attacks gains +4/+10 because of Opportunist
-Jolt save Passes, Normal second attack with another save for Jolt.
