They do stack, actually, but you are a tad low on activations.
Good to know they stack. THough the low activations seems to be a running theme with me =/
Well, there are times that only 8 activations at 200 points is OK. But low activations and either the Opportunist or Deceptive abilities don't usually mix too well, as you want to make sure you can out-activate your opponent in order to get those abilities to kick in.
Now, VAU's Lightning though can be very helpful in activating the opponent's pieces, so in the right situations, that could work out quite well in fact.
To top it off, you don't have any way to control the doors on the map. Personally, I would drop the Stormtrooper Commander, as he's a little on the fragile side, and requires your Evo Trooper(s) to stay adjacent to him to gain the bonus. The Evos already do 40 damage with Opportunist and Deceptive, so I don't think the Commander helps that much. Instead, you could drop in 3 more Stormtroopers to take more advantage of Piett's CE and help with that activation thing. If you see a lot of door control (R2, Lobot, etc.) where you play regularly, then 5 Ugnaughts might be a great choice as well.
