Just in case anyone was wondering where they might order online from, I did a little research of the sites I've used in the past. The breakdown is below.

Based on ordering 3 cases:

CoolStuffInc.com
$83.99 per case
$14.01 (UPS Ground)
http://www.coolstuffinc.com/main_miniatures.php?viewType=Star%20Wars&info1=Miniatures&info2=Star%20Wars&info4=packs
$265.98
Online Coupon code: BC8666 ($10 off your 1st order of $50 or more)

CCGArmory.com
$77.95 per case/$229.99 for 3 ($3.86 price break if you order in a set of 3 cases)
$10.95 for 3 cases (UPS Ground)
http://www.ccgarmory.com/stwamifounbo1.html
$240.94

Miniature Market
$85 per case
Free shipping on cases/orders over $75 (USPS or UPS)
http://www.miniaturemarket.com/inc/sdetail/129769
$255

TheWarStore.com
$86.76 per case
$4.95 shipping (USPS or UPS)
http://www.thewarstore.com/TheForceUnleashed.html
$265.23

TheGatheringGround.com
$82.99 per case
$29.85 shipping (???)
http://www.gatheringground.com/store/showproduct.asp?client=88DD89D4288C4029B6768E7C1965252B
$278.82

Grand Slam
$76.95 per case
$12.84 shipping
http://www.magiccardsandgames.com
$243.69

CCGArmory.com is the one for me....er.., I mean....might have to consider Grand Slam now that I see the price.

And if you’re like me, I’m thinking about how big of an order I can make and still save the most money. Well, if you get 3 cases from CCGArmory and another 3 from MiniatureMarket, you would still pay more even considering the free shipping. CCG only charges $14.54 for shipping of those 6 cases. You still save $21 if you pay for shipping at CCG for 6 cases. I know everyone was just dying to know that little statistic. $76.66 per case!!!!

Is that with shipping or without?

Link?

That's about the same as CCG, $166.85 for 2 cases + S&H.

Very very useful! THANKS!!!
(p.s. a reputation system might be cool, don't know what that would require, but if we had one, you'd get rep :) )

That is my current plan, as well.

If you have a LGS, it's a no brainer.

I bought one case at my local store. That one cost me just over $100.00. I only did that one so I'd have one case to open on the day of release.

I have an LGS as well, I'll be gettign a case or two there as well, just like to get some cheap ones too and have them within a few days of the release to complete the set.

Thanks homer_sapien for the link.

Anyone notice that my thread on WotC is gone? Did I violate some of their terms?

The no advertising rule?

I'm guessing since I haven't been on there today so I never saw the thread.

I'll be buying from my LGS. He normally does me a good price, though probably not as good as those of you in the US.

I've ordered one case of FU and may consider ordering another depending on what the Huge minis are. But the price hike just for huge puts me off buying boosters. US get a price hike of $6. The UK get a price hike of £6, that's approx. $12.20.

Would you pay $30.56 for a Huge Booster? Because that's the regular price in the UK (£14.99).

I'll probably get most of this set from eBay. Even paying import duty it's much cheaper.

Yeah, I hear you on that one, Fool. Our LGS usually gives us a bit of a discount if we pre-order cases, but with the Huge sets, because it takes SO many more boosters to complete the set, the difference in price really adds up fast. I try to support my LGS as much as I can, but I gotta keep my own wallet in mind too.

I'll probably pre-order one case from the LGS and one from an online store (looks like probably from CCGArmory) and then see what the set looks like after that. Don't particularly like buying too many Huge boosters and ending up with all those Huge pieces I can't use.

Wow, CCG Armory is cheap! I may have to check that out. (I'll probably just throw down the extra $30 for 3 cases at my LGS, but still worth a look.)

Coolstuffinc used to be my favorite place to buy online, but not lately. Not since A&E.

I hear that; I'm on my second tackle box and currently have the whole collection. She may begin to get cranky about this game by end of next year.

I'm just not quite sure where I'm going to get them at this point. I've used CCG, CoolStuff, and TheWarStore in the past. I don't mind any of them at this point. They all ship fast and you get what you want.

Anyone have a set amount of huge cases they get to try and get a whole set?

I think I ordered 4 cases last time from TheWarStore and got good distribution. A&E, I got burned on, as well, with CotF, very poor distribution.

With Universe, I recall getting 4 cases from CCG and getting a good assortment.

I'm thinking about 2 cases from 2 places online and then a 5th and 6th case from two different LGS's. I can get a case from one LGS for $100 and 30% off from another.

I usually get 2 cases for normal sets and 3 cases for huge sets. That should be enough to get a set with a little trading and a few singles. All depends on how many VR are in the set.

I spoke with one of the LGS that I'm going to get cases at tonight and he is offering them to me for $90. I couldn't be more pleased when I heard that from him. I might get more than I expected to get from him, if he has the stock.

One chime in... Miniature Market did a REALLY good job on every order I've placed with 'em. Just a customer feedback item for any interested.
