When playing in a DCI Tourney do your Reinforcements have to be the same in every match?
How about for Reserves?

I don't think so for either. I believe you can change them up each match.

Yeah,

Both Reinforcements and Reserves are Chosen AFTER squad reveal and are not considered part of your squad and hence not restricted to the "locked squad" rules. They can alter every game to suit whatever you need at the time. it's what makes them so versatile.

The only difference between then is the ability to score points off them.

And when and how often you can bring them in. Nothing important like that.
