Just the random number generator in the Vassal program that simulates rolling a D20. Technically they are Vassal 'dice' I guess. :P In the Vassal program, when you're playing a SWM game online against someone, and you need to roll a die for an attack or a save or initiative or something, you just click the button, and it randomly kicks out a number between 1 and 20. Oddly, it seems that sometimes one person will get an average of higher rolls than the other person. It's really just a perceived thing though. As much as anyone might disagree, the Vassal dice are random, and shouldn't favor one player over the other. I know it seems that way though, sometimes. Heck, my real life dice seem to never favor me, lol.

go here, download vassal, and then check the module section for SW minis.

There also about 20 more maps that you can download to use with vassal.

Yeah, it is not the most user friendly deal. Hope these help. After you get to the page make sure you ready the faq before you click on the file tab at the top of the page or you will have even more fun. :lsfight:

Are you familiar with the WotC forums at all? Track down one of NickName's posts, and look in his signature. He has a GREAT guide for getting started on Vassal. Explains everything.

Or, look at this article that Fool wrote: http://www.swmgamers.com/articles.php?i=66, although that's more about how to use the program once you have it downloaded. NickName's sig is your best bet.

On most computers you don't even have to download the program to play, just SWM.mod and then play through the browser.

It took me a while to get used to, but I'm sure someone will help you.
