This would make an excellent palpy in the chair except for the defense. Did he fall asleep in the chair with his lightsaber laying 3 feet in front of him?

I like the old rebel storm CE so kudos for bringing that back instead of the bastard CotF version. Bump that D to 17-20 and you'd be cookin. Otherwise he'll just get shot to pieces....

Emplacement and Doctrine of Fear together is kind of silly I think. Sure, it lets you put him anywhere on the map to start with, but then he's stuck there, and his 6 square range for DoF might be completely useless for the rest of the game. I like the rest of it though for the most part, though I'd like it to be a little more different than our current versions. What you created is basically just a combination of Palpy SL and RS Palpy, more or less.

No, Emplacement would make it so Thrawn cannot swap him, just like K-3PO cannot swap the Golan around.

The thing that makes it really beast though is MoftF2 and Force lightning [4] so he can fry someone for 100 guaranteed damage with enough force. No one will want to get near him and if this is on a map where he can be placed in gambit and out of sight.....actually Thrawn can swap him into gambit if need be.

Ripe for abuse I tells ya!!!

Should I make it Sith Lightning, then?

Also, other people can spend his FP, too, so you're not going to want to keep it to himself.
Oh, and you're not always going to want to put him in gambit, since he's relatively fragile.

Oh, also, you can't use Force Lightning twice in the same round, because it replaces Attacks, so I wouldn't be too concerned about that. MOTF2 would allow him to move 8 squares and Lightning 4 though, so that would be cool......oh wait, he can't move, lol. Honestly, having MOTF isn't doing him any good as all the powers you've given him replace attacks, and if he can't spend the FPs for extra movement, and he has no attack damage, can't be pushed into pits, etc., then the only thing he'd be able to spend FPs on multiple times in one round would be for saves against things like Missles or Grenades.

So, might just take off MOTF2 and give him Renewal 1.

I liked it for the most part, but you'd think he would be able to stand up at some point.

What if you gave him an ability that allowed him to move after an ally is defeated?

Making it Renewal 1 would make him worthless. :?

-Removed MotF 2, added Imperial Reserves 30.
