Got my Ewok Village finished for 3D mega battles. I'll probably add some paint highlights on the bark of the trees for texture and a few more decorative details, but it's pretty much finished. Now with the Imperial landing platform and Bunker and other terrain, I think I have enough to cover two full maps side by side.

Wow, dude, that is REALLY cool. What did you use to make it? It doesn't look like it was that complicated, but it's cool how you took something fairly simple and made it look really nice. Well done!

Thanks for the compliments. By all means feel free to use any ideas. For the trees, I used various diameter cardboard tubes for shipping and paper rolls and stuff. The big hut is from a bleach bottle. They are covered in tree-protecting wrap that is this papery stuff meant to keep rabbits from chewing on tree bark. It's just spray-painted. The main level is two placemats that had the bamboo look - I used parts of a third one for the bridges. mounted on cardboard for stiffness. The railings and ladders are wooden skewers. The intermediate levels are just foam core board painted pieces.

The hardest part was deciding on the layout and dimensions and making that first cut in the main level. After that there was no turning back. lol

Very cool!

I've been wanting to do something with my ping pong table like this, I'm thinking about doint a full on tattoine model, but I don't have the time for that right now.

Good work!

OK, I feel very amatuerish in comparison, but here is my 3D Endor I did for Nexus last...May? I think...

If you go to page 2, you can see that I added "hills" to give it more of a 3D effect, especially next to the bunker itself. And speaking of selfs, you can see me working on it...

The scenario rules are posted somewhere, buried in a Nexus thread on wotc I'm sure...

Found 'em, post 19 are the rules...

Don't discount yourself too bad, I still like the setup very much.
