In but can we keep it more simple this year and more standard?

Change ideas Thoughts?

-No more CB, DT
-Add Head Coach over Defense Team
-Add more one more Bench spot
-Take way the limit on moves
-Lessen the bonuses that are given out
-No more +3 KR/PR bonus
-Keep the bonus forRB, WR, QB but at: RB 125 +2, WR 125 +2, QB 300 +2 vs +3 like it is now
-QB 4 or 5 pt TDs (no penalties for sacks and only -2 for init and fumbles lost)
(QB needs some kind of nerf)
-+40 yd play bonuses get lessened in some way.
-250 for money vs 300 during the draft

I'd like it if we kept defense as a position we draft for. I'd be fine with the bonus's going down for some things. I really like the idea of having an extra bench spot open. We cold get rid of some of the defensive positions that rarely score you many points like CB or DT.

Why not just add Head Coach you thought I was joking at the WI I wasn't. Since we have Defense players I really don't see the point why we should have a defense too.
I don't know how Yahoo does the scoring but this is how ESPN does it. It pretty much is just like another defense.

25+ point Win 10
20-24 point Win 8
15-19 point Win 6
10-14 point Win 4
5-9 point Win 2
1-4 point Win 1

I guess that looks good. What does everyone else think about dropping the Defense and adding a Head Coach?

Also, what day are we shooting for to have our auction draft day? From talking with Jonny over the weekend it seems we have most of people coming back. If we are short a couple I think we could go down to a 10 man league.

I texted Brad and he never got back to me so who knows. I am guessing it would be after Gencon. With Gencon being so early I would be fine with a later draft this year.

I just wanted to make sure that when we schedule out date for the draft, that we don't have it on the 22nd of August or the 29th of August. I will be gone all day on the 22nd. the 29th I have a draft party for one of my other leagues that will be going on probably till 7pm. If we have it late that night then it could work. Anyways, what is the day that works for everyone else? Training camps are starting and preseason is right around the corner.

So looks like it says on Yahoo that the auction draft will begin at 12pm on Sunday, August 30th. Any possibility that this time can be changed to 12:30pm? Otherwise it'll be really tight for me to try and get home from church to be able to get on at 12.
