Not bad at all for someone new to the game. It's a great use of abilities and commander effects to make a hard to play piece actually playable. As you get more familiar with the game and pieces, I'm sure that you will develop some top notch squads as you already understand the basics of a build.
As far as the squad, there's not really much that you can change to make the squad better while also keeping the same concept. The one thing you need in a Thrawn-swap squad is a lot of activations and the only way to increase it is to change out 1 Stormtrooper (plus your 1 extra point) for 2 Ewoks/Ugnaughts, but that's not really going to do much as you'll go from 9 to 10. You can't take out a Swoop Bike as you'll need as many of them as possible to be able to swap.
