I felt like trying out the new Obi this week.

Obi-Wan Kenobi, Unleashed 44
Luke Skywalker, Hoth Pilot Unleashed 28
Rebel Troop Cart 15
Rebel Trooper on Tauntaun 13

Obi rides the Cart so he can double attack or move to a good spot for force repulse. If the cart dies and takes Obi with it Luke gets 8 more FP. Luke stays back to shoot or use FP4 when he has the fp for it. Tauntaun seemed like a good way to use the last 13 points. I get recon and if I get it within 6 of Luke's target i can use spotter 20.

Looks like a good squad. I'm not sure you need the Cart, but it'll work. Obi and Luke are a great team.

I'm not sure whether it's a Tier 1 type squad, but DEFINITELY looks fun. The new Obi-wan is truly a great piece.

I had almost the exact same idea a while back, it does quite well.

Good job. :D

If the Cart was only there so Obi could double attack I'd probably have looked for a better option than the Cart and tauntaun for the last 28 points. With Obi's Force Repulse 3 replacing his turn though I'm hoping the cart will let me move him to a good spot to use it.

Maybe Teir 1 is good enough for me where I play. Obi was one of the FU pieces I really wanted to try out when I saw him. I'm pretty sure my squads for the next few times i play are going to be me picking whichever new FU piece I really want to try that week and building something around it. Next time I play it'll be 150. I'll be starting with Luke/Yoda for that one.

I like the squad. I'm not sure if the troop cart really belongs there, but I suppose it is good enough with obi. I'm not sure about competative, but it is powerful enough to take on most modestly competative squads.

I had a squad that used 5x uggo demos in for the cart I was also toying around with

Obi-Wan Kenobi, Unleashed
Luke Skywalker, Hoth Pilot Unleashed
R2-D2
Princess Leia, Senator
Ugnaught Demolitionist
Mon Calamari Tech Specialist

I really like this type of build. Luke and Obi are a great duo andboth are a wonderful blend of brute stats and force powers. At 100 I think that the best build with them will have some form of secondary shooter however I think that the cart is an interesting idea.

Good job with the squad.

I wouldn't have risked the cart outside the 200 point maps if it had Rigid.

Not too worried. I've never seen the Bespin Map at my LGS. Some of the games I play I don't even have to roll for map choice because my opponent doesn't have one.

I have seen that, too. Since it wasn't sanctioned we decided to be merciful and let the piece start as close as possible along the hangar area.
