Ok so like it says I am getting ready to trim down my collection.

I am interested in hearing what people would be interested in and what they are looking for. I will be either selling here or on ebay and paypal will be the method of payment.

I basically have doubles of everything and have some of the miniatures minus serial numbers from the newer sets once WOTC started doing that. I also have a quite a few ugnaught demolitionists I am willing to part with also.

You can either make an offer or check ebay.

I will be listing some things I am willing to part with and it will have a price listed.

If you have a request please make it here and I will certainly consider it. I basically have doubles and triples of everything and am wanting to reduce that number.

Yes I do i posted them. Thanks for the request as it gets me to go through what you guys want first versus just going through box by box kind of slowly.

What's going on here Dean?

It's now been 2 months since i transferred the $150 we agreed upon for the minis. I've tried contacting you via PM several times, as well as through PayPal, but despite the fact that i can see you've been logged in and read my messages - no answer.

I'd really like to know if i'll actually receive anything at some point. It's a lot of money to me, and as i've asked you before i'd like to know what the status is. You got sidetracked and sent out late? Fair enough, real life happens. But at least have the curtesy to answer.

Still no answer whatsoever. As i have heard nothing from Dean despite him being online, i opened a PayPal dispute before the deadline for that ran out. He hasn't replied to that either, and it's been escalated to a claim as of today.

A final update on this joke of a seller. Dnemiller hasn't contacted me since we agreed on the deal, despite many attempts by me to get in touch with him. He's been logged in here without answering my mails several times, and he hasn't replied through PayPal either. I guess he thinks it's okay to steal peoples money.

Fortunately, the claim i made with PayPal ended in my favor, and i have been given a refund. But not surprisingly, i would recommend not dealing with dnemiller. Totally unreliable person.

Glad the claim resolved in your favor. I wish I had posted in this thread at the beginning because I could have told you that Dean was an unreliable person; he's stolen from people in the community in the past and owes me $500 and another person $300 (or maybe $200, hard to remember) for prize support from the GenCon 2010 championship tournament. I went through pretty much the same thing you did (lots of PMs that I knew he read, but no responses except for some lies about how it was "in the mail"), but had to just write off the money eventually, since it wasn't quite enough for me to want to go to court over (and I didn't want to hurt the SWM community at a time when Dean was more involved).

Wow $500? That really sucks! I wouldn't have acted on this thread if i had known this, but i seriously thought he was a trustworthy person. Guess he's fallen to the dark side..
