@ fool.

If you can get your hands on some, I will definetly send you a check.

To everyone else, I'm having no luck in Virginia, either nothing from target, no release date, no packs anyhwhere. I'm getting ready to form JC's eleven and break into the warehouse.

ahhhh so you're part of the DCI crew that I saw running games on the tourney locator. I do need to try and come out and join in. Bristol is a bit of a pain to drive if no one shows. If you're ok with it I'd like to PM you to make sure games are going on a given Sat. I have my next 2 weekends already booked, but maybe after Christmas 8)

Can't. Main reason I never have gone down there is Saturday afternoons are a very bad time for me.

Its as big as tall Mailbox. It will have a SWM Bounty Hungers Huge pack shrink wrapped to the side of it.

They are in one of two places, both are in the toy section :

It will either be on an endcap (confusingly next to the Hoth AT-ST battle set for the action figure line), or back with the gaming supplies in the toy section.

I have not seen it up by the registers in that gaming area as of yet. I don't think there is any room to store such a large item up in that section anyways.

Its a beautiful set, and a great value, so I hope you get your hands on it.

Finally showed up in Virginia as well, Not a bad set, although I'm dissapointed in the molds of the 2 exclusives, Its Rebel Storm General veers stripped of paint basically, and the original at-st with its head turned.

Oh well i guess theres only so many poses you can put an AT-st.

Its not if you already have all but the two exclusives. But for those who do not, you should try getting that much product, let alone good useable product for $60. Its actually a hell of a value for what you pay - the deal is if you really need it. Think outside yourself for a minute and I think you might see my point for a new player.

If you want to play casually, and your not into completing sets or spending alot of money in collecting I think its the perfect stand alone miniatures game. Its a great starter set.

Exactly. My friend Erick who plays much more casually than Matt or I, and doesnt collect it all or anything close. He has no Vader IC, no Han on Taun, no Luke, etc. All the rares/Vrs are needs for him. Not to mention he gets a "free" BHs box as well. I challenge anyone to find a better deal for what you get anywhere - secondary market sites included.

And not to mention what looks to be a very playable map as well. Its a perfect set for him to pick up actually.

I think the BH booster could draw some SW fans into collecting or playing. Time will tell. I'll make sure to post if we get any of these new players.

Went to 5 Target stores in the Kansas City area.

Found one that had them on display in the toys section on the end-cap of the Star Wars aisle.

Went and fetched a food-scale from the housewares, and weighed the packages. Took the heaviest.

Can't wait until my son opens it on Christmas to see what he got. Proabably another &*(&^%* skiff......

Is there even any point to weighing BH boosters? Uni and FU both had Rancors to look for, but BH's non unique VR was the Kryat and it isn't all that heavy.

OK, I swear I replied to this topic last night. Did I get a post deleted? How would I know?

Fox was working on the forums some. A few posts may have been deleted here and there. Just repost whatever it was you said, if you can remember it.

It was just a reply to a reply by billiv15.

No big deal, just wandered if they notify you when your post is deleted. Probably too much trouble/work for the mods.

Anyway, I will be buying the Hoth pack, but since I have all of the pieces but the 2 new ones, I think it is a little expensive. If I were new or did not have all the other pieces it would be a good deal.

The one bright spot is I can have a few of the A&E pieces on round bases. Not a fan of square just because of the uniformity thing.

So now I am getting one. I am not buying it, but trading a cool poster of Boba Fett (very special deal) for it and 10 TFU minis or so that I need to complete my set.

I am most interested to try out the new map and to run some ATST fun!
