Corran Horn JM has a poggle bomb run up to base him, and he uses his Jedi Reflexes to swat it. Does the explosion happen before the bomb is actually adjacent, like other AoOs, or does something different happen?

Logically, I would say that the attack occurs right after the enemy becomes adjacent. Yet I found this in the Rules Book which confused me a bit:
"Timing: A character makes an attack of opportunity in response to an enemy’s movement. The attack takes place when the enemy is about to leave the adjacent square, but before it actually does. Pause the movement and make the attack; if the enemy is not defeated, it continues moving."

Based on that and the "pause the movement" clause, I would say you make the AoO right when Geonosian would declare they are moving adjacent to the character with Jedi Reflexes. Yet the confusing thing is that if that were true, the character would not technically be adjacent so you couldn't attack with Melee Attack. Unless it's another rules loophole, or it goes against the grain of what is listed in the rules book. So I am a bit unsure of how to truthfully answer the question.

I didn't look anything up (bad form!) but I'm pretty sure Jedi Reflexes lets you make an AOO when a character enters an adjacent square. When you've "entered" a square, that's where you are--adjacent.

The "when entered" a square has different timing than normal AoOs. That part of Jedi Reflexes works like Mines.

it is in the DOTF part of the FAQ Tim. The two sets of possible AoOs work at different times. When adjacent before leaving the square work before anything else happens, the enter a square part works like mines (per FAQ) so just after the character enters the square so would be adjacent to Corran.
