Does overwhelming force effect vong? Am I allowed to use overwhelming force on my attacks against a fig with force immunity?

According to viewtopic.php?f=53&t=1953&p=89910, overwhelming force works against Vong.

Sithborg says "Overwhelming Force affects the user's attacks, not the enemy. "
