I have been working on a new set of Customs for my local game store. Some are based on RPG characters played their and others are remakes or just characters flat out missing in the actual releases.

Please feel free to post your thoughts. I definetly want fair, playable and fun customs. :mj:

Very nice cards. What program do you use to make them?

The card templates were found on the Old WOTC forums, I edited them with Paint and the cost was done with the cost generator formulas that I found on a SWM customs forum.

You have some nice ideas; first thoughts ...

* Your characters names don't always match their abilities (Like the "Barfly" idea) and I can see the idea of Draw Fire, but there are no "Imperial Guards." Did you mran Coruscant Guards?

*Shouldn't the Refurbisher have repair if he's rebuilding/refurbishing them?

Are you working on custom abilities and their wording or the cards themselves? Customs for RPG's can be many things to fit the story; I use the same card templates, but don't forget to proofread, makes the cards look more "Professional." Good start. Keep going and practice makes perfect. Out of curiosity, what formula's are you using? The old Range/Melee formula's from the wotc site?

Much of the flavor for this set came from an RPG played at the store that these figures are for. The Barfly came from the fact that twice in the game people rolled 1's in the bar and accidently shot the random drunk at the bar. As far as the "Imperial Guards." I was referring to any Imperial figure with guard in the title. Several of the figs are rough drafts so I know I have to redo them for the "professional" look. As far as the formula that is what I'm using. You are totally right about the refurbisher. I actually thought I had put that on there.. oops.

The figure were having the most problem with is the Podracer. Does the ability make sense as it is written, and does the ability to put Dash Rendar on the other side of the map after turn 1 a bit strong?
