--Totally Wizard!--
65 Darth Vader, Agent of Evil
32 Thrawn (Mitth'raw'nuruodo)
31 Arica
27 Lobot
16 Admiral Gilad Pellaeon
11 Grand Moff Tarkin
8 Mas Amedda
6 Rodian Brute x2
3 Ugnaught Demolitionist

(199pts. 10 activations)

Arica helps give you the act lead while vader stockpiles force and more Stormies. You get Pellaeon to cast Protection from Bastilla on your dudes. When Vader has some force saved up he can slay just about anything.

How come nobody says wizard anymore?

I think getting some Recon in there is worth doing to help get extra dudes from Vader, and the Stormtrooper Advance Scout is particularly good for that. Obviously you'll have to drop something for it, though; I'm not sure what.

The Stormie Advance Scout is 11pts, so you could always make the change at the beginning of a match by dropping Tarkin. That is, if your opponent's squad lacks accurate shooters, the STAC will probably be more valuable than Tarkin, since you'll double your chances at Reserves, and that could add up quite a bit over a few rounds.

This is sooooooo Wizard! :P

I love the build. Reinforcements galor! Looks really fun and Pelleon gives a great option of swaping Tarkin for the Advance Stormie Scout. Arica should be able to clear away most scrubs, and Vader can clean up the beatsticks afterwards. Simple. Straightforward. Fun! 8-)

I played something similar to this in testing. I had two heavy stormies over Arica in that one though. I think this is better. Vader and a bunch of storms is what the imperials should be.

You could bring in CLobot and the Stormtrooper Advance Scout for Lobot - you'd have two sources of recon and another number to hit for reserves - but your starting activations would probably be a bit too low.
