This is a custom General Grievous stat card based on the battle of Hypori:
Its called General Grievous, Remorseless Killer
He had to be strong enough to fight five jedi at once so I thought I'd buff him up a bit so here are his stats tell me what you think :D

That is one hell of a commander effect! Maybe you should restrict the CE to just Separatists.

Yeah probly  my printed out version I dropped the +10 damage and the range 6 for the commander effect: kinda like the Vader Imperial Commander piece has no range for his commander effect

His CE is too overpowered. Plop some IG-86s in your squad and they're making 4 attacks (assuming you throw Whorm in there) at +17 for 40 damage a pop against activated characters. All that for 17 points. No way is that fair and balanced for the game.

Yeah well like I said on my printed version I dropped parts of it (printed version CE: Droids subject to this effect: non unique droid followers gain +4 attack and +4 defence, and gain double attack) and I can make it sep only droids, and against my brother who uses empire It still is an even fight thanks to Darth Vader imprial Commander who has a CE something like +6 defence to all trooper followers or somethin like that

ps only have one IG86 so no i cant some one else can...but i cant, Magna guards on the other hand do get a good boost from him

and just checked there is a grievous with almost this CE it is (Droids subject to this effect: non-unique droid followers gain +4 attak and +4 defence, and gain twin attack) I know there is a big diff between twin and double attack but still

I think i'd have kept the +10 damage in there somewhere over the attack and defense because GGDAC has it more or less. and just for flavor maybe. But I highly approve of the Whirlwind Attack. That fits the character in general, but especially for this version. I remember when I first saw this episode and how excited I was that he was in Episode 3... then he turned out to be a Coughing robot with a weird accented type voice... =\ lol

But yeah pretty awesome stuff, I love the picture on the card too, it's Legit!!

Yeah maybe I'll change out the attack and D for the damage see how it plays and yeah give it a new flavor. I thought Whirlwind was perfect for him :D especially for this version. In the movies he was a severe disappointment. Still one of my favs tho, and thanks I wanted to capture him in his prime moment. Unfortuanatly I faced him off against Mace Windu (Master Windu)and although I got the first attack (he moved to me) Grievous lost  Mace only had 30 hit points left though

Still pretty close fight it sounds like. I was just rolling it over whether he should have something more of a defensive nature, but I think duelist is plenty appropriate. anything to avoid range wouldn't become terribly true to form. I think He works best as total offense anyway. I think I'm gonna give this guy a run later on.

Hell I kind of feel like finding a figure to give hands like that to haha. Not sure how I would though, but I have some ideas that involve scrapping stuff.

It's a pretty specific commander effect that would render his troops pretty ineffective vs. other types of squads. To be honest though, I'm surprised they didn't give him a CE more like this back in CS or ROTS. Would have made sense at the time anyway.

But I like it, I say keep it and toss another one on as well, but one that works for everything BUT order 66 characters. that way they get 2 unique Commander Effects. Without a nice dual purpose and helping hand for the battle droids he would feel over costed unless you tacked on more abilities, but then it would feel like overkill maybe.

Maybe something of an opposite, here is an example that could use work.

Separatist Assault (+4 Defense and Twin Attack against all non Order 66 characters)

in once case they get more guaranteed damage, and with the attack bonus a better chance for it

Or a chance to live longer with a slightly higher defense to pull off 2 lucky shots.

Another way you could do separatist supremacy is +4 attack and +10 damager against LIving Characters, that way they do effect most people, but they aren't getting it against droids, and the occasional vehicle

Could technically just give them assassin then haha. It's cool, would throw in wall climber and parry though. If your including season 2 episode one when the clones come to rescue then evade as well. But needs some defensive abilities

Yeah General I could give him Parry and Wall Climber and add some other defensive abilities, but I feel it would Over Power this grievous. These are great ideas for an epic version of him though...just don't think its for this particular version, I mean he barely loses to Mace as it is now and could beat Mace if the person rolls suck, So I'm content with how he is here.

yup I know, the other one's cost is way lower than mine (maybe should fix), and has SBA which seems awesome (I'll have to roll with him sometime),but no CE (which the Hypori Grievous should have as he wiped out an entire army before facing the jedi). With mine I'm just aiming for the right feel, where Grievous is balanced the way he should be. atm my brothers think mine is just where he is supposed to be, I'm not sure though, maybe add wall climber, but not sure -.- I don't want him OPd either, If i did I would just add twin atk, wall climber, parry, and evade to his already good arsenal of abilities (which seems a little over the top) haha
