I was chatting with my mates, and eventually we reached the topic of SW. My friend commented,''Darth Vader is so stupid. I mean, the last words he says is (to Luke): 'You were right.' I can imagine after when Luke gets back...:

Luke (to Leia): I was right!
Leia: About what?
Luke: ....''

That made my day

I always assumed he meant "You were right that there is still some good in me." But I guess it is a bit ambiguous, and it pales to "the rest is silence" (although no one ever accused George Lucas of being Shakespeare).

Beats Judo's last words in a rather dark anime called Berserk.

*Bloody and dying Judo looks up at the woman he's always had a crush on.

"You cry alot when you're alone, don't you Caska?"

*As his vision blackens, Judo gazes at Caska and his last thoughts were "Was that it? Were those really my last words?"

He dies.

(Seriously thats what he says and thinks in his inner monologue in the anime.)
