In an upcoming episode of SWMiniverse, we will be talking about sculpts. And we'd like your input.

What are your favorite sculpts? And why?

Maybe it's your favorite character, or it's a really cool pose, or it has awesome colors, or it totally represents the character, or the detail is amazing, or ...

How can you get your thoughts to us?

Come on, guys (and gals). You've got to have some thoughts on sculpts. :fight:

Would you believe that a random submission will get their favorite sculpt with higher stats and uber-cool new and awesome abilities included in the next v-set?
Would you believe you will get creator credits in R&R?
Would you believe that SWM groupies will swarm you?
Would you believe that your input will get included in the awesome SWMiniverse podcast?

No? Oh, well.

Missed it by that much.

Nice job on Episode 32, guys. That was a lot of new information for me, listened to it twice today.

Favorite sculpts:

Luke's Landspeeder...great detail, a truly iconic look. The only way it could have been better was to tie the droids to the back.

Ferus Olin...such a cool pose on a useful piece. Great attention to the facial details.

Emperor Palpatine...his lightning shooting out still makes this RS piece one of the coolest in the game.

Gungan Cavalry on Kaadu...so detailed that you just want to play him even though its a bad idea. Oops...sorry, Tim.

Rancor...scary. Who doesn't display this piece even if you have a place to store him?

Luke Hoth Pilot...a great posed piece from the best movie of the 6.

And my favorite of the bunch? Luke's Landspeeder. Might have something to do with the fact that he's my all time favorite character in the Star Wars universe. I know Dean, I know. Go Big 10.

Thank you, Jim. We knew we could count on you.

Now we just need some responses from the slackers on this site.

Seriously. Type your response now while you're thinking about it.

Help me, (insert your name here); you're my only hope.

I expected more from this wretched hive of scum and villainy. Is Jim the only guy brave enough to put his thoughts out there?

Alright I'll bite

General Grievous Droid Army Commander
He is frozen in battle pose that I'm not sure most would know how to react to that. Blaster drawn. Also three lightsabers raised in an intense battle pose. All around very intense. The most accurate sculpt to fit the most accurate stats, to make the perfect example of Grievous and also what I think is the most accurate fiction to miniature transfer in this game yet. That is art.

None touch Grievous DAC to me but here are some other good examples of sculpts gone right: first from the same set
Durge Jedi Hunter. This guys size, paint scheme, detailed wrist shield, and bold pose fit the character well compared to max relax Durge circa clone strike.

Asajj Ventress, Separatist Assassin
This miniature actually looked so good that it made me like the character. No sculpt has done that before. She looks mysterious, lethal, poised with strength, and great pains were taken to ensure there are fine details that exemplify her character.

Human mercenary. This guy is just a random human in the galaxy. But with his fatigues and equipment he actually looks prepared to fight a war. But the best part is the frozen war cry on his face.

A final point goes to Cade Skywalker, he has a lit lightsaber in his hand, flowing cloak and still his face says "meh I'll just shoot him"

The worst sculpt goes to padme burn victim, close runner up Gammorean Thug, so ugly
