Added the map list.

I have at least one copy of all the maps except smuggler's moon, so if anyone needs a copy of one of the custom maps, let me know and I will see if I can arrange for you to use it. It will be a first come first serve basis.

Is there a link to where all these maps are pictured? I don't know them all by titles.

Most are pretty obvious when you look through your maps...otherwise look for the map thread posted by JC and bumped 1000 times by me...

Maybe after the map list offically comes out someone can link the images next to the title of each Restricted map.

I can work on updating the Map lists in the Archives, if that would work.

Probably whenever Dean gets the Floor Rules completed. Sounds like urbanjedi was planning to allow some of these other maps for this particular tournament, regardless of when the new Floor Rules hit though. I know Dean has been working on them though, so I would expect to see it before too long here.

I figure the soomer we start using them competitively, the sooner we will find out if any of them are a problem.

I am using the maps that Brad said he recommended be added to the restricted list.

OK - sorry but I still need some help on what maps are what.

As far as I can see, Smuggler’s Base and Mos Eisley Residential Area are not on the list at all in the "List of Candidates for the restricted list and standard list" thread.

Did I miss them, or are they labeled something else?

Swamp Caves is not listed, is that Dagobah? Or is it Crystal Caves?

Also Cargo Docks is not listed, is it Loading Docks?

I understand that this map process is still being worked out, but we need to really be uniform on what the maps are called. Thanks in advance.

Found Mos Eisley Residential Area lower in the thread. The others remain a question

Really??

Crystal Caves is Crystal Caves...thats not even a custom map!

Dagobah can not be called that and has always been labeled as Swamp.

With Loading Docks, I can't remember which I went with. It should be whatever is on the map. But yes, Cargo Docks is the same. The Folder name is Loading Docks, which means thats what JC labled it, so Cargo Docks must be what MM calls it.

Mos Eisley Residential Area should be in the thread. Smuggler's Base is too, but don't worry about that one as its not out yet. :D

Mos Eisley came out of MP3, the Mos Eisley one and none of those have proper names associated with them. It should be pretty easy to figure out from there though. I believe it even has the words written on it somewhere but I may be wrong. I just went with whatever JC labeled them as.

So yeah, other than MEM maps, the names on this list are the proper ones according to the designer's websites. Sorry for the confusion. Hopefully, my too lazy to check answers help.

Well, plans have sort of fallen apart.

Deri doesn't look like he is going, and it is looking very doubtful for me as well.

I think the 4 hour trip each way plus losing an hour to the time zone change kills it. My car making the 8 hour round trip intact is also a concern.

Not to mention that the tournament starts so early in the morning and I have to work late the night before.

I think I'll have to wait for Marmalade Dog to make such a trip. When travel time exceeds playtime, it gives me pause. When coupled with only getting 3 or 4 hours of sleep - it tips the scales in the wrong direction.

I really wanted to do this. Sorry guys.

Yeah, it might have been easier for Tim if i was going but the last week has been very busy at work which left my wife looking after the baby.

Friday she had a scheduled proceedure to prevent some chronic tendonitis in her wrists so i'm gonna have to do all the lifting over the weekend and that includes Sunday.

Its unfortunate as it would have been the 1st real DotF tourney for me. I could've swung perhap 5-6 hours away but not 12-14.

Sorry for the late notice. Have fun guys, i'm very interested in the results.
