I just finished entering all the DotF figs into minimanager as customs. I figured it'd be a good way to squad build with them before the update is ready. Anyone wanting the custom file just needs to PM me their email address, and I'll send it their way.

:)

UPDATE !!

Thanks to Sashlon's efforts - I've taken this further with getting the stats and pictures sorted out.
THANK YOU, Matthew, for sharing your file and letting me build off it. Much appreciated. 8-)

SO... We have a preliminary update file for the Mini Manager, including pictures of recommended minis :D

SWMM_Destiny.zip

A few things to note:

1) this will function like a normal update for the most part - in other words, you unzip it into the mini-manager program folder as with the post-IE sets. You should have a new .swm file and a folder with 60 .jpgs in it.

2) this file does NOT have any actual programming updates in it - I don't have the tools or information needed to change menus, icons or any of that stuff in the program... As such - things like Affinity and Rapport with the new characters will NOT work correctly in the squad builder. Those fixes may come along in the future depending on what Dean has arranged with ChuckM.

3) the only way to see the new characters is by using Faction view, or Display All Sets. They are not listed under Customs (and so if you have made a bunch of your own customs already, the new set won't clutter things up).

4) I've gone through and edited the ability descriptions to match the PDF as closely as possible. There may still be some small typos, but I think everything has been covered pretty well. If you notice any errors with stats/abilities, by all means post them here so we are all aware (and they can be fixed).

Any problems with downloading, let me know. I just signed up for the 4shared account a few minutes ago. :?

Cheers! :Jawa:

p.s. - Dean, feel free to use this file however you see fit if it will help you put together a full update. I'm willing to help in any way I can.

Bumping so folks know this is available.

Only 16 downloads so far. Suppose a lot of folks may have entered DotF themselves already.

Anyway, here is the link again: http://www.4shared.com/get/8qXwy3wV/SWMM_Destiny.html

Not that I'm aware of. :(
MiniManager uses the Windows registry for data storage.

I think it does. You just need to know the right people.

Keith on the forums at www.swminiverse.proboards.com is a wiz with Macs. I believe he got Mark's Mac to run Mini Manager.

Hmm, that's cool. Perhaps using Wine?

Yep, Wine in combination with X11.

Yeah, If you download Minis Manager: http://www.4shared.com/file/nNHNdqx4/SWMiniManager3_0f.html (hosted by swinefeld)

and follow these instructions: http://keithspage.com/swm/mmosx

and then download swinefeld's DOTF file and add it to the MM directory you will be set.

Thanks for that Keith. :)

I had meant to post that link to the Minimanager files, since I just recently learned that Chucks 4-shared page is gone (or not public anymore).

I'd recommend that everyone grab and keep a copy of the final version .zip for the future.
Computers and websites have a way of going down when you least expect it. :?

Just a bump, and wanted to post the best link (which is to a folder, so it won't change with minor edits to files)

http://swinefeld.4shared.com

The folder has the final version of Minimanager updated with all the WotC pieces, as well as the DotF add-on.

I'll be uploading Renegades and Rogues, Battle of Theed, and Epic add-ons as soon as possible after the sets are released.
RaR update is about 50% complete. Just need more stats!
