I've been doing my traditional amount of heavy playtesting, and this is what I have learned.
Revan sucks. Well, let me rephrase. He's great until your opponent field the Muun Tactics Broker. He can't win in 100, and in 150 or 200, 1 of 5 things happens:
It's a Master Tactician face-off against another Revan or Thrawn;
Your opponent has San Hill/Ozzel and doesn't care if you're winning init;
Your opponent has Muun Tactics Broker and 20-30 characters and most rounds you're not winning init;
You also have Muun Tactics broker and so you're losing figs but either winning init or dicing off because your opponent also has Master Tactician;
or finally, You are winning because you opponent didn't do one of the four things above.
So, here are the top 10 figs of this set, IM educated O:
1. Darth Vader, Unleashed
2. Luke Hoth Pilot
3. Shaak Ti JM
4. Kazdan Paratus
5. Obi-Wan Unleashed
6. Rebel Vanguard (cheap missiles)
7. Felucian Stormtrooper Officer
8. Admiral Ozzel (If you thought San was tough, now you've got Opportunist Troopers.)
9. Luke and Yoda (It would be higher on the list if he had Duelist or Block)
10. Muun Tactics Broker (This guy is broken, it's just going to be a matter of figuring out how to break him.)
MTB is not broken in my eyes. Your squad is a ticking time bomb that will lose figures off the bat. Never a good idea. All that your opponent needs to do is play cat and mouse and your game could not go as you planned. (Unless you have means of killing of the MTB such as Revans FS, Sid CS Pawn, etc.)
I can see why immediately he would look good, but killing off one of your characters a round will not be worth it when your opponent knows what to do.
