--Blue and White--
41 Atris
32 Thrawn (Mitth'raw'nuruodo)
66 Echani Handmaiden x3
21 General Veers
15 Lobot, Computer Liaison Officer
8 Mas Amedda
6 Rodian Brute x2
9 Ugnaught Demolitionist x3

Preferred Reserves:
(Lobot, CLO) 15 Jabba, Crime Lord
(Lobot, CLO) 11 Human Bodyguard
(Lobot, CLO) 3 Rodian Brute

(200 pts. 13 activations--if I did the math right; BM isn't counting Atris's rapport correctly)

So I've seen a few of these, figured I should get mine out there. I've worked with the build a couple of different ways, but this feels like it should compensate the best for the lack of hit points. Giving the Echanis Accurate Shot via Veers seems like a good way to keep them out of harm's way, at least early in the game before they've had a chance to wreak any havoc. I opted for CLobot over Jabba in the main squad because he gives me more options (and override). I'll usually bring in Jabba but, depending on the match-up, I also have the option to bring another Echani or any number of other things.

Thoughts?

Almost exactly what my fiance has been testing except she used jabba over lobot. I think its a fun build to play. It has a lot of problems dealing with Yobuck and Lancer obviously. Maybe working in 27 point lobot can help you there. You have the option to bring in Jabba at the start of the match if you want, or use 4 caamasi nobles as a wall against Yobuck (he can't get around them on some maps which is hallarious)

Not sure what to drop in your base squad to do that though. 3 Echani is probably bare minimum of the number of them you want. I'll keep thinking on these cause Atris is really tough to build with.

Pretty sure I'd say an extra Echani is superior to Jabba in almost every way.

In fact, I wouldn't use Jabba in these squads at all. Veers is an interesting choice, and I was waiting to see someone go that route. I like it, but again, when you could have another Echani, I'm not sure its worth it overall, as swap compensates for lack of accurate quite well. In the place of Veers, you could either go Echani, upgrade to Uni Lobot, or go with another attacker that can help you against the lancer and kybuck (Arden Lyn for example - not totally sure why people always think a Kel Dor is the best response, as Arden let's you do what you want, get an Echani into attack range without being toasted).

i agree with choosing lobot over jabba. the only thing i would change is dropping an ugnaught for a third rodian. two ugnaughts along with override should suffice. if you need any extra door control, bring it in with lobot.

Thanks for the comments.

Bill, I like the idea of Arden Lyn in place of Veers a LOT--I'm definitely going to consider that.
