Started with the following:

Horror Clix - Frothweiler x2 - used the spines and both torsos & 1 tail to extend the tail.
Dreamblade - Skittering Smeech x2 - arms used for middle 2 sets of legs
Dreamblade - Sabrefang warrior - used legs for front legs
SWM - Yuzzem - used base and legs for hind set of legs. Had to carve the legs significantly to make narrower vice the bulging muscles of the Yuzzem
SWM - Vornskr - used barb
D&D - Diseased Dire Rat - used head
D&D - Claw Foot Rider - not pictured. Used tail to finish off the end and start the tail. Realized I needed something to start a meatier tail and extend the body to fit the 4 sets of legs.

Wait. There was a D&D mini of a deceased animal? Was it a zombie, or did its carcass just radiate a foul stench that gave all within 6 squares -4 attack?

Awesome job on the custom!
