EDIT: OK, ignore this post. Please look further down for correct instructions at this point in time. Sorry for the confusion.
OK guys, here's the deal. EVERY Pointman needs to send a PM to Leshippy with the NAMES for all of the sets accounted for in your totals. Again, we are looking at the possibility of actually running out of these cards right off the bat here, especially if people are asking for multiple sets for 1 person. The sets are 1 per person, and where possible, 1 per household if you have more than one player. If you're someone that KNOWS you'll be playing at GenCon, or are a super-regular player, I don't see there being an issue with having more than 1 per household. But remember, you'll be able to print extra cards from the online PDF, and every extra set you request means that someone else may not get one. Let's all be a friendly community here and not do stuff like that.
So, each Pointman send a PM to LESHIPPY with the following:
Your name
Your address
The NAMES of ALL people in your group getting cards (Preferrably first AND last names, in case things need to be matched to the Kickstarter. Could also denote who you know donated via Kickstarter with an asterisk or something.)
The Total # of cards requested
Make the subject line of the PM read "(Your City) Pointman - Final Numbers". So, for instance, mine would read like this:
Quote:
Cincinnati Pointman - Final Numbers
Aaron Brueckman
House # Street Name
City State Zip Code
Sets needed:
Aaron Brueckman *
Bryan Creehan *
Ira Gansler
Chris Neal *
Mike Catron
Matt Belmont
Brian Re
Bryan Moore *
James Naegele *
William Firr *
Total Sets needed: 10
EDIT: I know that a lot of you guys may say "Well, we've done this already, why do we keep having to send this info?!?" We are trying to help Dean not kill himself with this. If you've ever done mass-mailing type stuff before, it can be an absolute nightmare trying to keep it all straight. So this is to help make sure that nobody gets left out. Please have patience with us, and help us make this thing go smoothly.
