Weighing in at a tiny 66kg, little more than most human women, and looking more like a spoiled prince than a wealthy executive, most have trouble taking him seriously at first. But those who manage to get past his unkept black hair and his pathetic, anemic demeanor catch a glimpse of his deep brown eyes. The soul of the man is sharper than any knife. His gaze seems as though it could pierce through anything he looks upon, a terrifying feeling coming from the rather lengthy, 1.7m tall man. His voice conveys the same feeling. Dorian's voice is a commanding yet soothing voice. He could speak of ripping a person apart in gruesome detail yet his tone would be that of a mother reading her baby a bedtime story. Regardless of what he says, he has a way of speaking that makes others feel at ease and disturbed by how at ease they feel. Finally, one notices the mark under his left eye. It has faded greatly over time, however, any soldier or mechanic would easily be able to recognize it as an old ion burn. Something very curious considering the mans 23 years of existence. He wasn't raised on Zolan like many of his kind. He doesn't even know what his original name is. He was instead born into slavery of a rich Zolander trader. He was a young teenager when one day on a trip to Mandalore, a malfunction occured in the engines on the ship as they were landing on the moon of Concordia, in orbit of the Mandalorian homeworld. Injured during the crash, he barely made it out of the wreckage and into a nearby outcropping of rocks, where he lost conciousness just as the ships hyperdrive exploded. A Mandalorian rescue force came and found the unconcious Clawdite and brought him to the nearest hospital to recover from his wounds. The injuries weren't serious, and he made a full recovery. Since the Clawdite didn't have any family to his knowledge, he fell under the care of a generous Mandalorian couple who adopted him. When his Mandalorian parents friends saw how he could shapeshift and seemingly disappear into shadows, he was given the name Nuhaatyc, which in Mandalorian means "unseen", since no one hardly ever knew what he looked like (with the exception of his family and friends of the family) since he always assumed the shape of humans to avoid ridicule growing up. His father's name was Walen, and he was a former soldier who fought with the True Mandalorians under Jaster Mareel during the Mandalorian Civil War and had since then embraced the peaceful life the Duchess Satine brought about throught many years of reform. This didn't mean a Mandalorian couldn't defend himself however. Walen felt it was important to teach Nuhaatyc non-lethal forms of defense and how to quickly disable an opponent, whether it be by using a stun baton, a stun pistol or a paralytic dart launcher. He learned the K'tara technique from Walen, which through practice and many days of training his muscles, eventually became quite skilled at it. As a young adult, he felt that he could aid Satine's government against the rogue faction known as Death Watch, by using his stealth techniques to spy on suspected Death Watch members. The security forces on Concordia enlisted his aid, but the Death Watch movement remained an evasive target. Towards the end of the Clone Wars, Nuhaatyc learned of the terrible plight that the Zolanders enforced upon his people on Zolan. Nuhaatyc had a strong sense of justice and honor, traits learned from his father, and he felt that it was his responsibility to find some way to end the tyranny against his people by the Zolanders and maybe find out about his origins. Walen encouraged Nuhaatyc to pursue his destiny, and he set out to gather information and a way to help his people any way he could. Being a Mandalorian adult now, he was able to buy a pair of upgraded Shockboxing gloves from a friend of the family and he left Concordia in search of work to support his ultimate goal of freeing his people. Nuhaatyc is a rather reserved individual, but can't stand those who prey upon the weak, and will jump to the defense of anyone being bullied. Nuhaatyc believes strongly in not killing others, and excels at stun techniques in order to capture people, rather than simply killing them. He prefers to use hand to hand combat to take down his enemies and knock them unconcious, but if the need arises he does have a stun baton and a stun pistol, an in case its absolutely neccesary to use lethal force he can set the pistol to its lethal setting or use his vibro knife. He hasn't yet fully mastered his shapeshifting techniques of impersonating a persons voice, but he is close to perfecting it. Nuhaatyc plans on eventually acquiring a enhanced holo shroud that will aid in not drawing suspicion to himself and help him in his efforts to eventually undermine the control the Zolanders have over his people. Currently, Nuhaatyc is looking for work to fund his purchase of this costly piece of equipment. |
