26 HK-50 Assassin Droid
23 Commando Droid Captain
20 General Whorm Loathsom
48 IG-86 Assassin Droid x3
12 Gha Nachkt
8 Battle Droid Officer
7 Security Battle Droid
6 Mouse Droid x3

(150pts. 12 activations)

This squad has lots of assasin's and the dmg potential for this squad is crazy. I really like the new General Whorm and how he makes Twin a whole lot cheaper to get now, instead of spending 57 pts for GGDAC. I was suprised I could fit this much into a 150 pt squad. The Security Battle Droid is in there becuase it is always a rule for me to have at least 1 mini in a squad that has cunning attack. I'll have to test this squad out on Vassal, but for now it seems good to me. Any suggestions on improving this squad?

I'm not sold on the Commando Droid Captain. I don't feel like giving the other follower droids Double will pay off. 60/80 hps just isn't enough to have them stand in the open and fire. I would include a Melee interference piece in there.. Jareal might be a good option..

Oh and some Ugs or some kind of door control.

23 Jarael
20 General Whorm Loathsom
51 IG-86 Assassin Droid x3
10 San Hill
9 Battle Droid Officer
6 Mouse Droid x2

This should cause more use to the Assasins and also allow me to blow doors up. Thanks for the suggestion of Jareal. She has Tripple Twin in this squad and has perfect synergy with my Assasins. San Hill will also help out a lot with the activations.

The point about the Captain's CE still stands though. Without GGDAC in there, the IG-86's don't have that ungodly defense, so they won't likely survive very long if you leave them in the open for the Double/Twin. It's just very difficult to pull off unless you have something with Lift in your squad. Even then, solid players will find ways to make sure they stay out of LOS from your Double/Twin attacks. You're better off just going with another IG-86 and more fodder instead of the CDC, IMO.
