We're doing an M&A tournament next Sat with limited rules:

1. You must use a Master & Apprentice combination from within canon (we have a list).
2. Beyond those two minis, you cannot have any Force Users OR Uniques.
3. Faction rules still apply.
4. No Yoda on Kybuck or Luke's Snowspeeder.

With that said, I'm trying to have fun while still not making a totally uncompetitive squad. (As usual) It's important to note that most of the M&A combos are rather expensive, so I went for a lower-costed one; that way I can have more activations. Note also that door control will be limited with no R2 or Lobot...you've got ERCs to worry about, and not much else. Also, there are two guaranteed Jedi powerhouses in each and every squad, so I'm thinking Jedi Hunter is good. Here's what I have so far:

Total 500 possible damage/round, and this time around three units with Evade. The Gotals and the Merc Commander also have Jolt. So, less damage, but far more survivability.

What say you?

I like the first squad more then the second, with the format JH is a big help, Evade is helpful sure, but not against melee, I'd stick with the czerka helping yoru guys by granting twin and jolt and hope for good things. But perhaps merging the ideas, drop one of the CNBH's for a Gotal Merc, that might be a good plan
