--Regenerative Opportunism.--
51 Durge, Jedi Hunter
49 Darth Tyranus, Legacy of the Dark Side
34 IG-86 Assassin Droid x2
12 Gha Nachkt
6 Ugnaught Demolitionist x2
(150pts. 7 activations)

A couple scrub activations coupled with activating lighnting can leave most enemies defenseless against an onslaught of Opportunist and Jedi Hunter shots. Could drop Gha for more uggs or a BD or 2. The real credit should go to Luke_Skywalker, as he inspired the build. Enjoy :)

Gha isn't going to help you much in this build. I'd drop him for a Battle Droid Officer instead.

Absolutely, correct Lobo, My build had Gha in it because it was Clone Wars only, the +4 attack to those IG 86's is undeniably good, far better than What Gha Nacht can bring to the table.

What could I use until I get my hands on one of those BDO's?

At a 150pts, I don't think there are enough activations in this squad to make it too successful. I ran an almost identical squad last night but at 100pts (basically minus Dooku and an BDO instead of Gha) and had problems even getting opportunist off at that level. The squad performed decently, but I simply couldn't put enough damage out to make the difference and my opponents made sure to keep out of Durge's LOS or forced me to out-activate (by using Dodonna mostly). At 150pts you are more likely to see such squads out there with the initiative control, which will hurt a squad like this.

Your better bet is to remove Dooku and add more droids to pump up your activations. San Hill would also help to ensure that you get the opportunist shots off from your assassin droids. An Overseer is an inexpensive way to make the Assassins better. Their single Opportunist shot isn't as scary to your opponent as Double or Twin shots with the Overseer or Grievous - or the two combined for Double Twin.

I would recommend San Hill instead of Gha if you do not have a BDO.

What kind of droids instead of tyranus? I'm kind of wary of some kinds w/out a BDO or room for Grievious.

I can in complete honesty tell you that no piece since the release of clonewars truly takes the place of a Battle Droid Officer for the purpose to which you have set your mind.

I should do a non-droids team when I don't use Grievous until I get a BDO, eh? Find a use for those new Nemoidians and Techno Unions.

Not at all. I'm saying that nothing is quite as good as. A BDO is probably worth an investment of up to $5 for any player these days. They are quite valuable to droid Armies.

Besides in your original Build you didn't account for Gha Nacht's Rapport. That is a big part of his cost. For a similar build style you could try to Fit in Jolee Bindo in place of Gha and one of the assassins. Sub in Lando DS for the other one. San hill would also make a good Gha Replacement.

Actually, I did. Bloo Milk just shows their original cost. Try adding it up, you're not the 1st to make that mistake. Jolee's good idea.
