Well, to be fair, that B&B squad is not really optimized at all (pretty low activations for a B&B squad). On top of that, Darth Vader SOTJ should annihilate Luke & Yoda 1 on 1 for the most part, especially with Thrawn allowing Vader to attack first and avoid getting Force Stunned.
Anyways.....What you have isn't a bad build, but the problem you run into is that if L&Y die, you're pretty much hosed. Plus, you only have 11 total rounds of MTB fodder, so if your opponent plays the game well enough, they will dwindle those numbers down, and kill off at least a few of your scrub pieces in the meantime, so you'll likely only get something like 7 or 8 rounds, probably less if you don't want to kill Lobot, Leia, or L&Y. Unless you can play it very carefully, I usually plan to lose 2-3 Ugnaughts from getting killed. which only leaves you 3-4 Ugos for your MTB engine. So, on a local level, it will depend on how fast your opponents play, and whether 6-7 activations is enough for an MTB engine for you to either win or for time to run out.
On a global meta level, I'm not certain this would be able to compete.
