Currently running a sith squad lead by ulic.

Ulic
Mando Supercommando X 3
Mando Warrior
Ughnaught X 2

I've been told to add a mando commander in.

The Exar squad im thinking about is:

Exar
Lobot
Med Droid
2 Swoop Bikes
4 Bespin Guards
2 Ughs

Ughnaughts would hang out at spawn with the med droid. bespin guards would rush, exar would transfer in after they get close enough or near death, then flip back to spawn when he takes a hit or two. then the swoops would run out after exar has healed and exar would transfer again.

Drop both bikes and bring them in through Lobot's reinforcements. Why hand your opponents 20 points when you dont have too. Here is the route i went:
Exar
Sly
lobot
bespin
x2 ugs

My usual reinforcements are either two bikes or a bike and three ugs.

I like sithdragon13 squad. Why sly? Why not a beast or more swoops?

Anyway speaking of Exar my favorite fun squad with him is
Exar (84)
Gundark x3 (66)

i thought id post an update on how this squad went: very bad.

this is just in MY gaming area, it was a 5 player FFA, then at the 4th init or so, i decide to use exar, i let a swoop bike out, transfer essence and kill komari vosa. as soon as i say "Transfer essence" and drop exar down, the game stops, and the opponents look at me like im evil and it becomes a 1 on 4. exar was down to 60 HP by next init and all that was left were fillers.

does anyone else have this problem? where it goes from FFA to everyone team up on the big guy?

if so: i started a new ruling that made games go quicker, no allying/diplomacy, anyone who tries to make nice with the enemy is outta the game. it was amazing how much better the game went like that.

Anytime you do FFAs, it always ends up everyone teaming up on someone. That is why i hate playing them. No army can beat twice its point total in opposing figs.

I agree with the FFA part, but some squads if used right can kill twice there points.
