I've got a 150 point tournament next weekend, and was contemplating taking one of these squads. Any tips or critiques would be appreciated. Thanks!

Squad #1:
50 Darth Vader, Unleashed
38 Boba Fett, Enforcer
37 Grand Admiral Thrawn
8 Mas Amedda
10 Raxus Prime Trooper x2
6 Ugnaught Demolitionist x2
(149pts. 8 activations)

Squad #2:
50 Darth Vader, Unleashed
18 Moff Nyna Calixte
17 Storm Commando
52 Kel Dor Bounty Hunter x4
8 Wicket
3 Ugnaught Demolitionist
(148pts. 9 activations)

Squad #3:
62 Boba Fett, Bounty Hunter
21 Yuuzhan Vong Shaper
60 Yuuzhan Vong Jedi Hunter x3
6 Ugnaught Demolitionist x2
(149pts. 7 activations)

I kinda like Squad 2 with one change:

Squad #2:
50 Darth Vader, Unleashed
18 Moff Nyna Calixte
17 Storm Commando
52 Kel Dor Bounty Hunter x4
8 Wicket
5 Caamasi Noble
(150pts. 9 activations)

You really don't need the Ug since you have a Storm Commando and I personally never allow a squad to go below 149 pnts. Adding in the Noble gives you a character that basically grants someone auto Stealth. You have someone like the Storm Commando or a Kel Dor BH behind the Noble and sit them in Gambit, your enemy can't kill the Noble until they killed the SC or Kel Dor. So if Gambit doesn't have any cover for Stealth you've got the Noble to give you the cover you need. Only problem I see you having is lack of iniative control, but other than it seems like a solid squad...

I would agree with Jedispyder's change, I was playing a game with Thereisnotry, and his clever use of the nobles provided him with permanent cover to with Gendoharran Assassin. Very annoying.

Squad 2 is a solid squad all round, but I do like #3 as well. I guess it would depend on what you expect to see. Force Immunity can be game winning if you expect to run into a lot of Force Push squads.

Doesn't Nyna count as initiative control with her Recon?

The Noble is a good idea; I've just never been very good at using one, but I'll definitely try it out.

Touche, good sir. Totally forgot that Nyna had Recon, lol...

And with the noble all you have to remember is keep them next to a Stealthed character so that character can never be attacked by non-adjacent enemies. One good thing to do is to check and make sure your ending position doesn't give your enemy someway to stay out of LoS with the Stealthed character making the Noble "available"...

Okay, so any recommendations on map choice and side? Ravaged Base was what I was considering, since there's a lot of cover. Also was considering the Yavin 4 base with the hangar side.

I've heard a good SS map is the Death Star map, lots of open space with cover around gambit for your Kel Dor to sit and snipe...

I've been looking at Mos Eisley again recently - it has a lot of cover in the middle, but there are actually a lot of opportunities for covered advances, too.

I really liked the Death Star map suggestion.

I would also consider these maps:

Squad #2: Night Club.
You can have your 6 stealths in cover sniping. Keeping Gambit open for shots.
Although I would probably choose D.S. first here.

Squad #3: Cloud City.
This will let your Jedi Hunters get in proximity.
