Thrawn boosts the Rodians to a base attack of +6 and a reasonably good defense of 18. The defense won't matter that much however, because they get Super Stealth from Nyna. Ozzel helps you out activate your opponent and then the Rodians pound the enemy with Opportunist, Jedi can't block the shots as long as the Rodians are within 6 of Thrawn. Mas is there in case its unsafe for Thrawn to be exposed. Not too competetive, though I might play it at the next tourney I go to.

What about Lando Calrissian, Hero of Tanaab? Mobile and SS might be a little redundant but at least you're doubly safe. And don't forget Jabba, Crime Lord, with him the Rodian Scoundrels attack at +10 for 20 damage all the time, of course you lose one Scoundrel, but you have constant damage output.

Other than that it looks like a really fun squad, I've been wanting to use the Rodian Scoundrels since they came out and this looks to be a good build for them.

i was thinking Jabba, but decided not to because then you only have 4 main pieces to attack with, but then again, he could be very handy to have.

You can Drop Ozzel if you add Jabba, because you don't need your opportunist.
