How does it look? I tried to make the Rancor really powerful at melee. With Yoda he can reroll each failed parry once (wow!!) and he has mighty swing (from the Weequay Leader) so he can deal 90 damage if he doesn't move. R2-D2 is for door control, the ugnaughts and Aqualish Assassin are for more activations (and they gain mighty swing).

So, how is it?

I believe FELUCIAN WARRIOR ON RANCOR is non-unique, so he could also benefit from might swing (90 damage if he doesn't move).

Shooters might help , but I really don't know who to include. After Yoda, Rancor, and Mas --- I have 35 points left. I figured Might Swing was nice with the Rancor and throw in some other melee users to benefit from it.

maybe you should try this squad in the 200 points because then you might be able to put another rancor in or something to support it more

It's going to fall to shooters (like Han Cannon or my Landspeeder build) pretty fast. If you're looking for a way to use the new Rancor, I'd try a couple other crazy things:

1. Use with Yoda of Dagobah (Force battery + Force Spirit 6 - multiple Parry rerolls this way too)

2. Use with Leia, Hoth Commander (good chance of the Rancor coming back at full health when it's defeated).

3. Use with Nom Anor and Ooglith Masquer.

4. Improve its damage output with Jabba and/or Han Rebel Hero instead of the Weequay.

5. Use Garm Bel Iblis to give it more mobility when triple attacking.

6. Pawn it with Sidious.

I already thought about Yoda of Dagobah, and jabba/rebel hero -- and I believe that Yoda from the clone strike set might be the most powerful combo. Rerolling each failed parry save is really powerful, and it can equal a lot of force points. I believe he would have a good chance against Bane or Exar Kun one on one. --Plus Yoda is gonna be more powerful since he has Force Cancel .

I must have missed the choice in the poll that wasn't overwhelmingly positive.

Not much of a poll when you only have 1 choice.

It should work well if you don't run into anything that can shoot the Rancor.

It looks good, but you need a shooter, and one or two more activations.
If you are fighting squads with lots of shooters it will go down quickly, but if your fighting melee squads you should do great.
