This is an evolution of my Han Cannon squad called, "Let the Wookiees Win" for 150pts DCI competitive.

Han Scoundrel 46
Princess Leia 20
Obi FS 8
WFF X2 28
R2 8
Golan Arms 26
Juno Eclipse 8
Ugo X2 6

150pts 10 activations.

Basic idea is use the Golan to camp gambit or otherwise block the path to your cannon. You only need it to survive 5 rounds essentially to earn its keep. With DR10 and Splash, it should be able to hold out to do its job and pop some easy damage on your opponent's squad.

Careful placement of the Golan is the key. Mustafar abuse at its best here. Pop this thing into gambit to block the path and fire away.

San Hill - Aurra and Boba can do max 20dmg per round to it without getting adjacent. How's that

Juno is there just because I didnt want to drop the activations to include r2po, shes another shooter with accurate, and I didnt think Wicket was worth it (although might go back to him with all the 23d out there now).

As always, Bill, it looks like an incredible squad.

However, if I had Aurra or Boba, I wouldn't bother shooting the Golan, I'd Accurate on Han or Leia or Juno. Of course, you'd have to be stupid to leave them out there in LOS.

All in all, I like it. Still not sure what to make of the Golan yet. It will fall pretty quick to beat-sticks.

Looks good. I don't ever think the golan will earn its keep in gambit points, however. A skilled player will take it out in 1-2 rounds.

I think it may need chewie, RH, but that wasn't in your build in gencon, so I don't suppose why it should be in here now.

If you could please explain how an opponent can take out a 120hp DR10 mini carefully placed on my half of the board in 1-2 rounds.

And I dont need 26 gambit points to win from this thing. I want 10-15. The idea is to keep Han free in the back. It serves the same purpose as the WFFs, except I can force my opponent on my terms right off the bat.

I lied. :P It's actually hard to do.

A sled cannon squad will do a lot of damage to it quickly, I know that. Same with another han cannon. LV B&B will do the same too.

I see what you're saying. The golan is nice in the squad.

How about something like this squad:
Han Scoundrel 46
Princess Leia 20
Obi FS 8
WFF X2 28
R2 8
Golan Arms 26
Juno Eclipse 8
Ugo X2 6

I win init on turn 1 (or 2)
Han hits for 60 (40 damage after DR10 twice)
Leia hits for 20 (10 after DR 10) and then Han hits again for 70 (50 after DR 10)

Turn 2
The turret is dead after earning 5 Gambit points.
