Post subject:  VAU's Hit Squad
I actually played VAU unleashed in my LGS this evening at 100 pts and did surprisingly well.

VAU 48
Mystryl Shadow Guard 24
Genohadrin Assassin 21
Uggie x2 6
99 pts; 5 activations

I built up VAU's FP's till around 7 or so while the assassin was sitting in gambit in cover on the Death Star map, (which I was able to play on all 3 games) and then while the assasin was sitting in gambit, the uggies provided cover the the shadow guard and VAU who were both adjacent to one another off to the side within striking distance of any piece that dared to attack the assasin. I really liked this group and I just might play it again.

My wife just made a comment about me and my geeky friends. WHAT'S UP WITH THAT HUH? :lol:[/size]

GenoHaradan Asassin ROCKS, Shadow Guard is awesome too
place an ug adjacent and then move a shadow guard behind to make attacks so the ug will have to go first
poor ugs :lol:

that is why i love ugies they make your enemies do what you want them to not what they want to for such low cost they are the most effective mini in the game
