Post subject:  Opportunistic Droids

The 100.pt version of the probably staple new GG squad. All the other points formats versions nastiness, nicely condensed. V.Low on activations I guess, but the damage output should be enough to cope anyway. Possible 120dmg a round from the two IG86 droids, and GG ain't half-bad at mopping up/picking off fodder with his ranged attack.

Beautifully simple,but should work. Sit in gambit with the droids, +17 twin with 26def in cover. Only problem might be getting the opportunist shots off, but to be honest, even without it, they should be hitting for 40dmg each a round. 80dmg minimum a round should be enough to take down most 100hp squads. Vong might be more difficult, but it should balance out (takes a Vong JH 2 rounds to kill an IG, if both IG's hit the JH then it's two rounds to kill him. But needing 13's to hit , and the ranged advantage, means you should hit more/be able to weaken the Vong before they get to you. Bane shouldn't be too bad, as GG Jedi Hunter kicks in, and you can kill his fodder quick, then focus on him. GG will take 2 rounds to be killed if you base Baney with him, and plus the 2 turns required for each IG should allow for enough damage to kill Bane, if played right.
