The Czerka scientist puts WFFs in a very, very interesting positon as far as squad construction goes. Twin charging assult for 80 damage anyone?



Chewbacca, RH 30 pts.
WFFx3 42 pts.
Czerka Scientist 13 pts.
Wicket or R2-D2 ( depending on map )
Ugnaught x2 6 pts.


Chewbacca gaurds the czerka, as well as other wookies. Hell, he has jolt, which is fun too. Like at the top, the WFFs have 2 attacks at 11, 40 damage each. This squad could really devastate enemy squads, even bane. This squad has 320 HP, and the most bane could do in a round in 80 damage. After a few charging assult hits, he goes down real fast.


Wicket is probably the best option over R2-D2, but again, it depends on map choice.

I think this squad could be very competative, but let me know what you think.

WFFs only do 30 damage each hit (10 base, + Charging + Momentum). Still though, 60 damage out of a Wookiee is awesome.

I was looking at something somewhat similar, with a few differences. I think it was...

WFF x4
Rauntaun
Czerka
Wicket
Aqualish Assassin (x2?)
Ugos

Just about everybody gets the Twin. :D

Yea, I the WEW got me thinking it was 40 damage, not 30.


Either squad would work Lobo. I personally like the HP from chewie as well as a bodygaurd.

Prolly my favourite WFF 100 pointer is this:

WFF x4
Czerka
Dodonna
Wicket
R2
Uggy x2

10 acts 100 points
Preferred Map: Muunlist, or Chancellors Starship

for a more offensively minded individual, R2 and the Uggs can be replaced by another WFF, but I think the activations are handy. I'm also up in the air about R2, he could become 2 more Uggs, or an Ugg and a Camaasi.

I ran my squad in a 3-way FFA, and it completly destroyed everything else. My opponents had a republic kit fisto/qui-gon JM squad and the other guy had Mara Jade Skywalker and the old Kyle Katarn. Both squads weren't great, but I learned a very valuable point.


Chewbacca, RH is great. He's amazing for this squad. This build NEEDS hp after the initial assult with the WFFs. 50 HP per wookie is good, but it can really go down fast. The build tends to stagnate after the inital assult, and chewie helps to make it live longer. Bodygaurd is great for keeping wicket or R2 alive, along with the czerka. Chewie is the mortar the keeps this squad alive and together when things get rough. Also, the added momentum/cleave/jolt combo is way too fun and useful to pass up.

I firmly believe in including Chewie in this squad!

I think it's better to use 3 Human Bodyguards instead of one of ur ugos and Chewy. they get twin attack, and in addition to that they also provide more bodygaurding because you have 3x to absorb damage > their remaining hit points. Example say ur getting hit with 30 damage shots, the Human BG's may as well have 60 hit points, because it is 2 attacks. Chewy absorbs 4 of those then he is done, if he gets smacked for 20 in there then he can still absorb 4. so 5 attacks negated. Human Bodyguards take 6 attacks. Anyhow that is my 2 cents.

I get what you're saying luke, but the thing I love about chewie besides bodygaurding is momentum/cleave. It can deal as much damage in 1 activation as the bodyagurds MIGHT do in 3, with twin attacks at 3 attack. Chewie swings for 13 attack (17 with traps), while the bodygaurds only attack with 7 attack. (with traps) It's an interesting route to go with though, definetly. I should try both builds and your original one. It's hard to say which one of these three is indeed better.
