Here's my first squad in about 6 months (I haven't had any time to do anything recently)

I playtested it today, and it did fairly well. Let me know what you guys think:

70 - Luke Skywalker and Yoda
20 - Princess Leia
08 - R2-D2
-----------------------------------
98 - Total

Basically, Luke and Yoda go in for the kill, while Leia stays in back and uses her CE for extra damage from Luke/Yoda. R2 is in for door control, but I'm not a huge fan of him in this squad, so I'm willing to let him go.

Might be a little bit light on activations for the current meta, but not bad overall. Just has to be played very carefully. And hope you win initiative if you're playing against Bane.

Agree with Lobo.

Since you're not sold on Artoo, you could replace him with 3 uggies. That'll give you door control + more activations.

If I tried Luke/Yoda in 150, this is what I would do with them:

70 - Luke Skywalker and Yoda
30 - Chewbacca, Rebel Hero
20 - Princess Leia
18 - R2-D2 and C-3PO
12 - Ignaught Demolitionist x4
-------------------------------------
150 - Total

Hmm, not sure if I like this one either.

I like it. Yuke and Leia are a must together for any real damage. And of course there's everybody's favorite tin can to back it up.

With 3 uggies the squad has a shot in 100. Not bad at all. L&Y is an awesome piece.

The coolest thing about L&Y in 150 is the ability to kill Thrawn in one phase if necessary, and from 12 squares away. Thrawn's stormies ought to be scared of Luke's Force Push 3, especially since he can do it once every single round (though it's a bit tough since it is a Replaces Turn ability). Also, Reflect is really nasty against Stormtrooper swarms. So, this means Thrawn gets played offensively. With MOTF 3, Yuke can move 12 squares, and still Twin on Thrawn. Leia moves up behind and gives Luke the 2 extra attacks....dead Thrawn.

It can work that way against other enemies too, and if you can manage to hit twice and then Force Stun....gets frustrating for the opponent REAL fast. :P
