lets say both players have recon player A has say Kazdan Paratus and play B wants to force a tie. Say A rolls 5 & 10 and B also rolls 5 & 10 who picks initiative first? |

You choose in secret and reveal at the same time. I believe, technically, this is the case for all initiatives where both players have recon, but really oonly cames to head in your scenario. |
