Intuition Once per round, after Initiative is determined, this character can immediately move up to six squares before any other character activates.

okay when someone with intuition moves next to a closed door before the round starts is it opened then or does it wait till the end of a characters turn, even if its not the intuition charcter.

Doors only open at the END of a character's turn. When you move via Intuition, it is not part of a turn, therefore no doors are affected at the end of that movement.
