Is Grevious DAC's CE and the Battle Droid Officer's FIre Control ability stackable? I know it's probably in the rule book, but i don't have one and thought this would be easier than looking it up online somewhere

yup. BDO's FC is not a CE it is an SA so they work together! You can add SBDC too for Careful shot and another +4.
