I will show you situation.
Felcor attacks Obi-Wan and Jar Jar is adjacent too.So he uses Draw Fire and it´s succesfull,then he uses Bombad Gungan and return Felcor´s attack to Felcor.But Felcor has Parry and can he Parry his own attack?Parry says that he can use it for Melee attacks and Bombad Gungad forces attack,not damage.So I think that´s possible even it´s very nonlogical.

Yes this is correct. Bombad Gungan creates a situation in which the melee attack can be directed to anyone withing 6 squares. So Felcor attacks himself. If he is successful then he can use the Parry ability to avoid the damage. Very absurd indeed.
